If I say to
You, “I love you,” only to make you happy, you know I don’t mean it. If I say,
“I love You” and I cry out my love and I mean what I say, You Love me.
If I say,
“Lord, change me,” but I keep doing the things I do, You know I have blocked
You from that door. If I say, “Lord change me,” and I do my best to change my
ways, You are able to open that door and help me and You love me.
If I’m in
pain and I say, “Lord, I hate you and what you’ve done,” You look at me and
cry. You know my hurt and you want to help me. If I’m in pain and I cry out to
You, “Lord, help me,” you reach out Your mighty hand and You help me through it
all. You pour out Your love on me and you love me.
If I do my
work but don’t include You, You know it won’t go well at all. I have a hard
time in all I do. If I go my work and Pray, “Lord be in my doing,” You bless
the work and it becomes easy. Therefor it makes You and others happy. You love
my prayer and You love me.
So if You
love me but I don’t love others I’m missing You. You, O Lord, are love. So help
me love like You love me.
Love me,
Change me, be in All I do, and LOVE will reflect out of me like a bright light
from heaven.
“I know what it is to be in need, for I have learned
to be content whatever the circumstances. I have learned the secret of being
content in any and every situation, whether living in plenty or in want. I can
do all things through Him who gives me strength.”
-Philippians 4:12-13
